    1. To consider putting to NYCC Highways the proposal to implement 2 hour short stay parking restrictions on the cobbled area outside the shops on Market Place
  11. Street Lighting
    1. To consider installing new post top lanterns on the 7 no. columns on Westfield at a cost of approx £235 per column (excluding VAT)
  12. To consider renewing the current lease agreement of the 424HS Green Machine pavement sweeper with Ryedale District Council
  13. Planning
    1. To receive recommendations from the Planning Committee in respect of planning application 12/00884/MFUL Change of use and alteration of existing potato store to wood fuel handling/storage and distribution within Area 1 and a mixed use of potato storage/touring caravan storage within Areas 2 and 3 to include installation of a 5m high sliding door to south elevation to serve Area 1 | Teasdale Potato Store Hungerhill Lane Wombleton Kirkbymoorside
  14. Sportsfield Association
    1. To consider agreeing to provide administrative support to the Sportsfield Association in view of the resignation in May 2013 of the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer
  15. United Charities Trust
    1. To consider appointing Mrs Jo Towler as successor to Dr A Moulston as Representative Trustee
  16. Grants
    1. To acknowledge receipt of thanks from All Saints Church for the £2500 grant awarded for maintenance of the churchyard
  17. To consider a request for permission to erect and operate a bouncy castle at the Old Road play area on Thursdays 8th July, 15th July and 22nd August
  18. To revisit minute 11280 of the meeting of the Town Council on 16 April 2012 wherein the Town Council agreed that anonymous requests for information were not compliant with the Freedom of Information Act and should not be responded to
  19. To note In Bloom’s opposition to installing a litter bin at Chisholm's Monument
  20. Christmas Market
    1. To note that the Christmas market will be held on November 30th 2013
    2. To agree to install the lights and Christmas tree before this date
