    1. To note that the Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule has been prepared for consultation http://www.ryedaleplan.org.uk/ and the closing date for representations is 4pm on Wednesday 6th August 2014
    2. To consider a response to the (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule
    3. To consider making a donation to the RDC Chairman's Charity Fund
    4. To note correspondence received from Steven Richmond, Health and Environment Manager at RDC regarding fixed penalty notices issued for dog fouling

    1. To receive a report from the Town Clerk on progress of high priority repairs to street lighting in Kirkbymoorside

  15. The Moorside Room
    1. To consider and agree the installation of sound absorbing panels
    2. To consider offering the Moorside Room to local charities for one Wednesday each month, for use as a fundraising venue
    3. To consider siting two cycle stands outside the Moorside Room
  16. To consider a request from Steve Shaw, Local Works to submit a proposal under the Sustainable Communities Act asking for the government to give all parish and town councils the right to sell electricity that they generate from local schemes
