    1. To note that the Town Clerks annual appraisal was carried out on 8th January 2018
    2. To receive recommendations from the Staffing Committee
    3. To consider and agree recommendations received from the Staffing Committee
13. To note the date of the next meeting on 19th February 2018 at 7.30pm in Church House
