    1. To consider tenders received for Maintenance of the A170 Roundabout and appoint a contractor

    1. To review proposals for format and installation
  10. Old Library
    1. To agree to submit a planning application to Ryedale District Council for the plans as provided
    2. To agree to display the plans in the Town Council office and the Library and invite comments from residents
  11. Community Led Plan
    1. To receive information regarding the progress and administration of the Community Led Plan
  12. Kirkbymoorside Environment Group
    1. To consider the proposal to plant 5 fruit trees in the Old Road play area, adjacent to the hedge parallel to Old Road
    2. To consider permitting the Environment Group to use the noticeboard outside the Old Library whilst it is not in use
  13. Grants
    1. To review condition 5. of the Grant Policy which states 'Groups can apply once per year but may bid for a number of elements of a project in the application.'
    2. To consider the addition of the following to the Grant Policy 'Please be aware that the Town Council budget for grant allocation is £10,000 per annum to be shared amongst the Kirkbymoorside Community'
    3. Consider requests for grants (application forms provided separately):
      1. Kirkbymoorside Cricket Club request £3000 to purchase mobile all-weather matting, equipment which is fundamental to their activity programmes, the aims of which are:
        1. to engage young people living in Kirkbymoorside, between 6 and 18 years of age, in a range of constructive activities
        2. to reduce anti-social behaviour and break down barriers between young people and the police
        3. to increase playing, coaching and officiating opportunities for Kirkbymoorside residents
        4. to encourage volunteering and positive citizenship
      2. Kirkbymoorside Environment Group request £1000 to cover the running cost elements of the Kirkby Fruit Pickers project which aims to:
        1. To use volunteers to pick fruit that would otherwise go to waste in people’s gardens and public spaces, and to find a good use for it locally
        2. To raise funds for projects that will benefit local people.
  14. Sportsfield Association
    1. To appoint a new representative of the Council to the Sportsfield Committee
  15. Manor Vale
    1. To appoint Andrew Hall, Area Ranger, NYCC to the Manor Vale Management Committee
  16. To consider a resident's request to install a dog bin on Ings Lane
