  12. The Royal British Legion
    1. To note receipt of an invitation by The Royal British Legion to take part in the Remembrance Service and Parade on Sunday 10th November
    2. To agree a sum to spend on a wreath under s137 of the Local Government Act 1972
  13. Street lighting
    1. To consider urgent repairs to light columns 1,4, 5 & 6 on Swinheard Lane involving the replacement of the lanterns, boxes and brackets at an approximate cost of £810.00 excluding VAT per column
    2. To consider the feasibility of erecting a new light column to illuminate the entrance to Castlegate at a cost of approximately £1200(including electricity board new connection) plus future annual costs for electricity and maintenance charges
    3. To note 3 locations proposed by NYCC for erecting a new light column to illuminate the entrance to Castlegate
