Issued on 21 January 2015 for an ExtraOrdinary meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7.00 pm on 26 January 2015 in The Moorside Room, 9 Church Street, Kirkbymoorside

    - Role of Local Plan Sites Document and relationship to Local Plan Strategy
    - Amount of development to the towns (covering how we would treat extant permissions, how many further dwellings, what this equates to in land take, and how we would treat windfalls)
    - 5 year land supply- what this means in reality
    - The Site Selection Methodology and the broad appraisal framework
    - What are seen as key factors concerning the specific issues/characteristics of the town(s)
    - Which sites are discounted at the first stage
    - Which sites are performing not as well through the SSM- and the reason(s)why
    - Which sites which are performing better
    - Seek the Town Council’s view on what they would like the sites to deliver? Obtain their comments and views on the sites in general and specific terms
