===== Agenda - Extraordinary Meeting of the Town Council 26 March 2015 =====
Issued on 20 March 2015 for a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7.30 pm on 26 March 2015 in Church House, Kirkbymoorside

**Members of the press and public are welcome to attend**
 
**Photographing, recording, broadcasting or transmitting the proceedings of a meeting is permitted so long as this does not disrupt the meeting in any way. As a matter of courtesy should you wish to record the meeting please make this known to the Chair.**

  - To receive apologies for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Minutes and Matters Arising
    - To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 16 March 2015
    - To consider matters arising
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations,ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
  - To agree to the recording of the meeting and future meetings of the council and its committees
  - To confirm that the council fully supports the excellent work done by the clerk and categorically rejects any implication of impropriety (including the withholding of documents and information)
  - To confirm that the council deplores any action by councillors that has a negative impact on council staff or damages the council's standing as a good employer
  - To confirm the council's confidence in its elected chairman and to confirm that councillors must abide by the standing orders
  - To agree the draft Council's Priorities and Cost Control Statement
  - To note the date of the next meeting on 20 April 2015 at 7.30pm in Church House
