3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the ordinary meeting of the Town Council held on 21st March 2016
   2. To receive the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 21st March 2016
   3. To receive the minutes of the Play Areas and Sports Committee meeting held on 17th March 2016 (these were not available at the last meeting)
   4. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31st March 2016
7. Tour de Yorkshire - To receive information on progress of arrangements to date
8. Street Lighting - To note the response from ADV LED with regards to progress of the street lighting upgrades and consider an appropriate response
9. Church House - To receive further information regarding the proposed Community library
10. To acknowledge receipt of an invitation to the Town Council by INEOS Upstream to a presentation on 11th May 2016 at the Milton Rooms and agree representation
11. To receive an update on progress with regards to flood management in Kirkbymoorside
12. To receive additional information with regards to community defibrillators and agree appropriate action
13. To note the urban grass cutting payments for 2016/17 have been set at 6p per square metre
14. To receive the Town Mayor's Report
15. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
16. To receive reports from Members on delegated matters
17. To receive the Town Clerk's report

19. To note the date of the next meeting on 16th May 2016 at 7.30pm in Church House
