    1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve payments according to the list provided

    3. 2019/20 Budget
      1. To receive correspondence from All Saints PCC with regards to the necessity to fell the weeping ash tree in the churchyard and the costs associated
      2. To consider re-allocation of funds from the 2020/21 budget, previously earmarked for Kirkbymoorside In Bloom as detailed at Minute 19094c.iv)II. which will not be claimed from the 2020/21 budget due to the coronavirus, to cover the costs detailed at 7.c.I (conditions for application of funds to be retained in accordance with Financial Standing orders)

      1. To review the value of items on the Council's Register of Assets

        1. To consider specific reserves

        1. To consider the budget for the financial year 2021/22

  8. Vehicle Activated Traffic Signs
    1. To receive the NYCC Vehicle Activated Signage Installation Agreement (agreed at Minute 20032)
    2. To note the vehicle activated traffic signs are scheduled for installation on 21 October 2020 in accordance with item 5 of the Installation Agreement
    3. To note the standard warranty of 24 months and consider purchase of additional warranty at £150.00 per year per device
    4. To note addition of the traffic signs to the Council's Register of Assets
    5. To note addition of the traffic signs to the Council's insurance schedule with effect from 21 October 2020, in accordance with item 9.3 of the Installation Agreement
  9. Tree Safety Assessments
    1. To receive the tree safety assessments for Manor Vale woodland, Old Road play area, Ryedale View play area and the sports field
    2. To agree works as necessary
  10. Old Road play area
    1. Basket Ball Court
      1. To note completion of the works at the basket ball court
      2. To note Cllrs Dowie and Wells attended a site meeting with the contractor to sign off the works on 7 October 2020
      3. To consider payment of the balance of the project costs of £1658.71 plus £300.00 for security fencing
      4. To consider the cost of £19.99 + VAT for the purchase of line marking paint
    2. To consider the cost of £250.00 plus parts for remedial repairs at old Road play area:
      1. replacement of the mechanical element of cantilever swing
      2. remedial repairs to the toddler play area gate
      3. replacement of rivets to skate ramps and kick plates
    3. Oyster Roundabout
      1. To note a fault with the Oyster Roundabout play equipment at Old Road play area was reported to Sutcliffe Play on 8 October 2020 and signage applied to prevent use of the equipment
      2. To note that arrangements are in progress for the faulty equipment to be replaced by Sutcliffe Play
  11. Insurance
    1. To note the Commercial Combined Insurance Policy and Cyber Insurance Policy are due for renewal on 1 November 2020
    2. To consider the annual premium of £2,231.21 (including IPT and fees) for Commercial Combined Insurance from Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Plc for the period of cover from 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021
    3. To consider the annual premium of £300.00 (including IPT and all fees) for Cyber Risk Insurance from Travelers for the period of cover from 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021
  12. Computer Software
    1. To note successful completion of the website rebuild and authorise payment of the associated costs £679.00 + VAT (agreed at Minute 20054 dated 20 July)
    2. To note the change from Dropbox to pcloud for storage of public documents (no associated costs)
    3. To consider renewal of the Sync Pro plan at a cost of £38.35 due on 10 November 2020
