     - To receive the Financial Summary to 31 December 2020
     - To authorise payment of £176.01 to Scarborough and Ryedale Carers Resource from the remaining funds (£685.78) held for the Kirkby Community Fridge
     - To note there is no change to the cost of the Scribe annual subscription plan from 1 March 2021 which will remain at £39 per month (paid annually)
