Issued on x October 2025 for a meeting of the Finance Committee to be held in the Moorside Room, 9 Church Street, Kirkbymoorside, YO62 6AZ at 1pm on 15 October 2025 

Committee Members are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

  - Apologies for absence
    - To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
    - To consider the approval of reasons given for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - To receive, for reference, the minutes of the meeting dated 24 November 2024, ratified at the Ordinary Town Council meeting dated 19 May 2025
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To note completion of the Councillors' Audit for Q1 and Q2 
  - To review the value of items on the Council's Register of Assets and consider any forecast adjustments as relevant
  - To note the revised NJC rates of pay applicable from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
  - Capital Budget
      - To consider specific reserves
      - To consider the level of general reserve required
  - Revenue Budget
      - To consider the budget for the financial year 2026/27
      - To determine the precept for 2026/27 
  - To agree to make recommendations to the Town Council 
  - To agree on the date of the next meeting
