1. Apologies for absence
   1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
   2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. To receive, for reference, the minutes of the meeting dated 24 November 2024, ratified at the Ordinary Town Council meeting dated 19 May 2025
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To note completion of the Councillors' Audit for Q1 and Q2
6. To review the value of items on the Council's Register of Assets and consider any forecast adjustments as relevant
7. To note the revised NJC rates of pay applicable from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
8. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
9. Revenue Budget
   1. To consider the budget for the financial year 2026/27
   2. To determine the precept for 2026/27
10. To agree to make recommendations to the Town Council
11. To agree on the date of the next meeting
