  - To receive apologies for absence

  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To acknowledge the continued commitment to finance the event by RACK systems in the amount of £1500
  - Honours Board
    - To consider any variations to the original design of the board and associated cost implications, if any
    - To consider the draft layout 
    - To consider the cost of sign writing
  - To consider arrangements for the 2026 awards event and agree any appropriate action
  - To agree to make recommendations to full Council at the Ordinary meeting dated 16 March 2026

  - To agree the date of the next meeting
