Play Areas
To note the award of £19706 from the National Lottery Community Fund for the 'Revitalising Ryedale View Play Area' project
To agree expenditure of £21,785.88 for the balance of project costs (£21,491.88 earmarked from reserves Minute 25129 plus £294 balance from cost code 7)
To note completion of the repairs to the Net Climber at Old Road play area
To receive a complaint regarding dogs off the lead in Old Road play area and consider installation of additional signage
To consider the requests by the Kirkbymoorside Community Support Group to:
transfer ownership to the Town Council of flags and flagpoles used to promote and enhance the town and town events, approximated asset value of £4,000.
transfer of responsibility for the seasonal installation and subsequent removal of flag poles and flags, approximated annual cost of £600
storage of flags and flagpoles between seasons
