5. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves for depreciating assets
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
   3. To consider allocating capital finance for street lighting repairs and upgrades
   4. To consider a capital reserve for possible upgrade to the old library
   5. To consider creating a cemetery fund to provide income for cemetery maintenance
6. Revenue Budget
   1. To create an intial draft budget for the financial year 2012-13
7. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
