  5. Councillors' Audit
    1. Review and decide improvements to be recommended to Council to ensure objective of control and support, mitigation of risk and transparency of procedure
    2. To include update on current position and scheduling of audits, relationship with Moore Stephens and any other operational financial procedures and/or considerations
  6. Pension provision
    1. NYPF report
    2. Recommendations for the future
  7. Review the following regular payments for recommendation to the Town Council:
    1. The Shambles:
      1. £130 per month rent for The Shambles paid to JDF MacDonald
      2. Electricity and associated bills
    2. Old Library Building, Church Street:
      1. Southern Electric
      2. Business Rates
      3. Monks Security Alarm
    3. £65 +VAT per month, paid by Standing Order for Storage Facilities at Christopher Atkinson Associates.
  8. Sportsfield Association
    1. Preliminary discussions of the strategic and operational financial implications, recommendations to Council
  9. Questions to the Chairman
  10. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
