  - To receive apologies for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Minutes and Matters Arising
    - To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 7 March 2014
    - To consider matters arising
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
  - To review the draft figures for completion of the Annual Return and consider recommending them to Council for approval at the meeting on May 19
  - To review the draft figures for completion of the Annual Accounts 2013-14
  - To receive the Internal Audit report
  - To consider and agree to submit sections 1 and 2 of the Annual Return to Council for approval at the meeting on May 19
  - To review the explanation of variances 2013-14  
  - To note that the Vat return for the period 01/04/2013 to 31/03/20014 has been submitted in the amount of £14,696.31
  - To note that with effect of April 2015 NYCC will cease to contribute to the cutting of urban grass - 2013/14 contribution being £5,654.32
  - Questions to the Chairman
  - To agree on the date of the next meeting.
