  - To receive apologies for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - Management Plan
    - To review the Management Plan
    - To consider recommendations to revise the plan in the interest of increasing biodiversity 
    - To agree revisions to the Management Plan and referral to full council for approval 
  - To consider installation of additional bird boxes at suitably determined locations throughout the woodland
  - To review progress of Volunteer Activities
  - Questions to the Chair
  - To note the date of the next meeting on 17 October 2024
