    - To note the minutes of the Committee meeting held on 6 February 2024 were approved by full council at the Ordinary meeting dated 19 May

  - Management Plan
    - To note progress of maintenance activities guided by the management plan
    - To note completion of surveys by a local botanist in association with North York Moors National Park Authority and separately by endomologists associated with Ryenats
  - To review progress of Volunteer Activities
  - Questions to the Chair
  - To agree the date of the next meeting
