  5. Committee membership
    1. To receive expressions of interest in the non-councillor vacancies
    2. To elect non-councillor members
  6. Energy Efficiency
    1. To receive information on the latest advice from Historic England on Adapting Historic Buildings for Energy and Carbon Efficiency
    2. To receive information on options available for alternative heating systems and insulation of the building, pursuant to Minute 240246a.
    3. To receive information on any funding opportunities available to cover the associated costs
    4. To agree any follow up action(s) and/or recommendations to full Council, as appropriate
  7. Housekeeping
    1. To make a snag list of remedial repairs needed
    2. To produce a schedule for regular maintenance and cleaning
  8. Management and Promotion
    1. To review regular and scheduled bookings
    2. To consider taking part in the Leeds Art Gallery Loan Scheme (12 month contract charged at £35 per month)
    3. To consider promotion of the venue and the target audience
  9. To consider use as the First Aid base for the annual 10k event and agree any associated charges
  10. To consider installation of a Christmas tree bracket, costing £25, on the exterior wall above the entrance (installation costs tbc)
