   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting dated 4 November 2024
   2. To consider any matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Committee membership
   1. To receive any expressions of interest in the non-councillor vacancies and consider appointment to the committee
   2. To consider inviting interest in the non-councillor vacancies
6. Building Improvements
   1. To consider quotations for works to improve the energy efficiency of the building
      1. alternative heating systems
      2. window glazing modifications
   2. To consider making recommendations to full Council
7. Funding
   1. To note the allocation of funds to the Moorside Room, Minute 24139 of the Ordinary Town Council meeting dated 16 December 2024;
      1. £2,500 to cost code 8 from the 2025/26 budget for Moorside Room running costs;
         1. £10,000 from specific reserves earmarked for project costs to improve the Moorside Room
   2. To receive information on grant funding opportunities
   3. To agree any follow up action(s) and/or recommendations to full Council, as appropriate
8. Remedial Repairs
   1. To receive a report on progress of remedial repairs and cleaning pursuant to minute MR007 dated 4 November
   2. To identify any additional remedial works needed
   3. To consider purchase of any additional items/equipment
9. To receive further information on the Leeds Art Gallery Loan Scheme
10. Management and Promotion
    1. To determine the charges for use of the Moorside Room as the emergency response centre in December 2024
    2. To receive an update on bookings and income since the last meeting
    3. To consider any proposals for alternative use of the venue
    4. To consider any proposals for promotion and publicity of the venue
11. Exemption of Hire Charges
    1. To consider the proposal by Cllr Illingworth for unpaid use of the Moorside Room for activities related to the Town Council and/or town promotion, or in the event of local emergencies
    2. To consider the qualifying criteria for unpaid use of the venue
    3. To consider recommendations to full Council
12. To review the Terms of Reference, and consider recommendations to full Council
13. Questions to the Chair
14. To agree the date of the next meeting
