Issued on 18 November 2014 for a meeting of the Sports Committee to be held in The Moorside Room, 9 Church Street, Kirkbymoorside on 25th November 2014 at 7pm

  - To receive apologies for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Minutes and Matters Arising
    - To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 26 June 2014
    - To consider matters arising
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To note that the Play Areas & Sports Committee budget for 2014/15 is £6000 (£5000 allocated to the Play Areas and £1000 allocated to the Sportsfield) and to discuss the budget for 2015/16 and agree a recommendation for the Finance Committee Meeting on 28 November 2014
  - To receive a report on the progress by Hedleys Solicitors on the issuance of leases and pitch licence for the sports clubs 
  - Questions to the Chairman
  - To note the date of the next scheduled meeting is 8th January and to consider and agree deferring this to the later date of 26th March 2015
