3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 25 November 2014
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Skatepark
   1. To note a request by the skate park users to swap the skate banks at the east side of the park
   2. To consider and agree to authorise the proposed works subject to best cost estimate to be provided at the meeting or to authorise a ceiling expenditure using information available
   3. To consider and agree to hold a Sk8 Jam Event in the summer holidays at a cost of £795 on condition that the skate park users raise some funds to contribute to this cost
6. To receive information from the sports clubs regarding their plans for the future looking at 1, 3 and 5 year plans and consider potential areas where the clubs could work together to apply for grant funding
7. To receive a report on the progress by Hedleys Solicitors on the issuance of leases and pitch licence for the sports clubs
8. To acknowledge receipt of correspondence from the Flying Club dated 2nd December 2014

10. To note the date of the next scheduled meeting is Thursday 9th July at 7pm
