   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 16th March 2017

5. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
6. To note that the outcome of the Big Lottery Fund, 'Awards For All' grant application for the project costs associated with the outdoor half basketball court at Old Road has not yet been determined
7. To note that the annual inspection of the Old Road play area and skatepark, and Ryedale View play area was carried out by Streetscape Products & Services Ltd on 21st June 2017
8. To consider and agree to authorise the clerk to determine the feasibility and costs in respect of the implementation of a shade structure(s) at Old Road play area

10. To note the date of the next meeting will be Thursday 7 September 2017 at 7pm in The Moorside Room.
