    - To note that a S106 project funding application was submitted for consideration by the RDC Commissioners Board on 21 November 2013
    - To consider recommendations for repairs by Lightmain
  - To note that the Play Areas Committee budget for 2013/14 is £5000 and to discuss the budget for 2014/15 and agree a recommendation for the Finance Committee Meeting on 6 December 2013
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To agree a date for the next meeting
