Issued on 18th September 2013 for a meeting of the Staffing Committee to be held at Church House, Kirkbymoorside on 23rd September 2013 at 7pm

  - To elect a Chairman
  - To receive apologies for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - To consider matters arising
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To note the need to replace the valves on the showers in the away changing room as they are leaking and causing flooding as well as water wastage
  - To consider quotes received for repairs to the showers in the away changing room
  - To establish sound procedure for inventory of all property pertaining to the Sports field
  - To receive an inventory of all furniture and equipment in the Recreation Club
  - To receive a presentation from representatives of the Recreation Club on proposals for management of the facilities
  - To receive Terms of Reference/Constitution from the Recreation Club Committee
  - To receive a report on progress to date concerning the management of utilities
  - To begin discussions to determine a practical approach to apportioning of fees/charges to each sports club
  - To agree on the date of the next meeting.
