  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To consider installing a gas sub-meter in the Recreation Club at a cost of £546.00 plus VAT
  - To consider installing an electricity sub-meter in the Recreation Club at a cost of £261.00 plus VAT 
  - Insurance
    - To note that the Chaucer insurance policy UK CCC 9018471 has been cancelled with effect from 31 October 2013
    - To note insurance provision on the Town Council policy with effect from 1 November 2013
  - Recreation Club
    - To receive Terms of Reference/Constitution from the Recreation Club Committee
    - To receive a report on progress of management of the facilities
  - To receive specifications from the Football and Cricket Club in respect of maintenance requirements for the pitch
  - To consider a protocol for parties interested in the use of the sports field and facilities
  - To receive a report on progress to date concerning the management of utilities and grounds maintenance
  - To agree on the date of the next meeting.
