  - Minutes and Matters arising
    - To receive minutes of the meeting held on 4 November 2013
    - To consider matters arising
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - Sports Committee
    - To consider appointing Cllr Watson as a substitute council representative on the committee
    - To agree to invite nominations for members of the public to the committee
  - To consider proposed improvements to the cycleway and footpath at the entrance to the Sports field
  - Recreation Club
    - To receive Terms of Reference/Constitution from the Recreation Club Committee
    - To note any areas of concern following the inspection of the Recreation Club
  - Sportsfield Sign
    - To consider options to update the existing sign 
    - To consider the affect on the street scene by banners
    - To agree a policy regarding the implementation of promotional signage at the Sportsfield
  - Pitch Maintenance
    - To receive a report from the pitch users on pitch maintenance arrangements
    - To note the annual service of the mower is due at an estimated cost of £649 plus parts
    - To determine responsibility for the maintenance of the Mower as an item of machinery solely used by the pitch users
  - To agree on the date of the next meeting.
