  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Minutes and Matters arising
    - To receive minutes of the meeting held on 24 February 2014
    - To consider matters arising
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To receive a report from the Town Clerk on information received from consultation with Hedleys Solicitors
  - Levies
    - To receive a report from the Town Council on the proposed levy structure
    - To consider and agree the component fees to be charged to each club
  - Sports Field Sign
    - To note the cost of removable panels is £55.00 each
    - To consider and agree a suitable number of panels to purchase
    - To consider and agree the charges to sports clubs for hiring the additional panel and an appropriate booking system
    - To note that the cost of implementing a Sports Ground sign by the County Council as the Highway Authority would be £300
  - To consider the possibility of retaining the Charity registration and agree appropriate action
  - Questions to the Chairman
  - To agree on the date of the next meeting.
