3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 19 December 2011
   2. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To agree to exclude the public for the next item due to confidentiality
6. To complete the appraisal of the Town Clerk begun on 5 December 2011, including agreeing targets and probationary period.
7. Staff Hours and Holidays
   1. To receive details of hours worked and holidays accumulated by Town Council staff.
   2. To discuss and agree a procedure for authorising additional hours to be worked by Town Council staff.
   3. To agree that the Assistant Town Clerk is given 15 hours additional time in order to complete the Working With Your Council course (deferred from agenda 19 September 2011)
8. To agree the financial procedure to be followed for ordering and paying for goods and services
9. To complete the employer discretion document in relation to The Ministry of Defence pension
10. To consider the annual planner
11. To agree a date for the next meeting
