4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To consider the inclusion of pension provision for the additional hours worked by the Town Clerk to be allocated bi-annually
6. To appoint appraises for the annual appraisal
7. To agree to carry out the staffing appraisal at 4.45pm on Monday 10 February
8. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
