    - To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting on 12 January 2022
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To appoint appraisers for the annual appraisal 
  - To agree the date of the annual appraisal
  - To note the date of the next meeting will be on 16 January 2023
