  - Minutes and Matters Arising
    - To receive and approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting dated 12 January 2022 (recommendations received by the full Council at the Ordinary meeting dated 17 January 2022)
    - To consider matters arising
  - To appoint appraisers for the annual appraisal 
  - To agree the date of the annual appraisal
  - To note the date of the next meeting at 11am on 7 February 2024
