Issued on 30 January 2024 for a meeting of the Staffing Committee to be held at 11am on 7 February 2024 in Church House, 7 High Market Place, Kirkbymoorside.

  - Apologies for absence
    - To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
    - To consider approval of the reasons for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 5
  - To consider and undertake the annual review of the Town Clerks salary, last carried out in January 2022 (Minute S21013)
  - To agree to make recommendations to the Town Council
  - To note the date of the next meeting will be determined by the 2024/25 Schedule of Meetings
