1. Apologies for absence
   1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
   2. To consider approval of the reasons for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 11 December 2024
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 6.
6. Honorarium
   1. Pursuant to Minute S24007, to note advice received from Smailes Goldie Group confirming the offer of an honorarium to the clerk for additional tasks carried out in relation to the Community Celebration Event as an appropriate means of payment
   2. To consider the honorarium to the clerk, from the balance of funds in Cost Code 19 designated to the Community Celebration Event
7. To agree to make recommendations to the full Council
8. To agree the date of the next Staffing Committee meeting on 25 June 2025
