  - Apologies for absence
    - To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
    - To consider approval of the reasons for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Minutes and Matters Arising
    - To note approval of the minutes of the last Staffing Committee meeting were approved by full Council at the annual meeting
    - To consider matters arising 
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To note completion of the mid-point/year review and consider any appropriate action
  - To agree to make recommendations to the full Council
  - To agree the date of the next Staffing Committee meeting
