3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To note approval of the minutes of the last Staffing Committee meeting were approved by full Council at the annual meeting
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To note completion of the mid-point/year review and consider any appropriate action
6. To agree to make recommendations to the full Council
7. To agree the date of the next Staffing Committee meeting
