  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Minutes and Matters Arising
    - To approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting on 2 July 2025
    - To consider matters arising 
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - To note completion of the end of year review and consider any appropriate action
  - To agree any recommendations to be made to full Council
  - To agree the date of the next Staffing Committee meeting
