   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Town Council held on 17 November 2014
   2. To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 17 November 2014
   3. To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Play Area and Sports Committee held on 25 November 2014
   4. To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Manor Vale Management Committee held on 26 November 2014
   5. To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Finance Committee held on 28 November 2014
   6. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with District and County Councillors
   1. County and District Councillors to respond to questions already posed
   2. Town Councillors to raise urgent matters recently arisen
   3. County and District Councillors to advise the Town Council on any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary for December 2014
   3. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2015/16
   4. To determine the precept for 2015/16
   5. To note correspondence received from HSBC dated 28 November pertaining to the Business High Interest Deposit Bond
   6. Given the withdrawal of the Business High Interest Deposit Bond by HSBC, to consider and agree a transfer of the Council's reserves into a Money Market fixed term deposit account for a 3 month deposit term to be managed thereafter by the Town Clerk taking into account any demands on reserves
   7. To consider and agree to place the cemetery funds into a Money Market fixed term deposit account for a 6 month deposit term pending consideration of an investment policy
7. Fracking
   1. To extend thanks to Prof Jon Gluyas, Dean of Knowledge Exchange and Sam Almond, RE-Fine Research Assistant at Durham University for providing an address on Fracking on 12th December 2014
   2. To consider and agree to form a policy
8. Standing Orders
   1. To receive and consider revisions to the Standing Orders to be held until the next meeting for final acceptance
   2. To consider and agree a policy pertaining to photographing, recording, broadcasting or transmitting the proceedings of meetings of the Town Council and its committees
   3. To consider and agree a policy for dealing with the press/media
9. To consider how to generate interest in the 2015 Town Council election
10. To appoint Jim Pewtress, a Member of Ryedale Natural History Society, to the Manor Vale Management Committee
11. To consider and agree a Grant Application from Kirkbymoorside 10k 2015 for £1000 to contribute to the cost of Road Traffic Management and Medical Support
12. To receive a report following the meeting of members of the public and the business community on 8 Dec at 7.30pm in the Moorside Room to discuss how best to promote the town and the design of a panel on the Welcome to Kirkbymoorside signs
13. To acknowledge receipt of correspondence from the Kirkbymoorside Town Brass Band dated 3 December 2014 and consider a response
14. 2014 Christmas Event
    1. To thank all the volunteers involved in the 2014 Christmas light switch-on
    2. To note receipt of thanks from the Kirkbymoorside & District Camera Club
15. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
16. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
17. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
