    1. To note that Janet Waggot, CEO at RDC will be in attendance at the January meeting to provide a report detailing the ramifications of the new application particularly providing clarity on the conflict of the planning history with the adopted Local Plan
  8. To consider authorising the expenditure of £1075 to cover the balance of the cost of new signs in Manor Vale
  9. The Ryedale Trail
    1. To note that there was a meeting held in Helmsley on Friday 22nd November to discuss funding strategies for possible cycle routes to connect local Parishes with neighbouring areas
    2. To consider a suitable response to the objectives identified as stipulated in the notes provided by Helen Gundry, Raising Cycling in Ryedale Group and Kirkbymoorside Environment Group
  10. To consider the draft Community Led Plan
  11. Old Library
    1. To receive an update regarding the progress of the works to the former library building
  12. To review the footpaths winter maintenance schedule 2013/14 provided by StreetScene
  13. To note the outcome of the RDC Commissioner's Board Meeting on 21 November in respect to S106 project funding applications
  14. To note that the one of the benches located on the cobbled area outside the Spar on Market Place has been removed in the interest of safety to members of the public as it has been damaged and to consider appropriate action
