To consider the requests by the Kirkbymoorside Community Support Group to:
transfer ownership to the Town Council of flags and flagpoles used to promote and enhance the town and town events, approximated asset value of £4,000.
transfer of responsibility for the seasonal installation and subsequent removal of flag poles and flags, approximated annual cost of £600
storage of flags and flagpoles between seasons
To consider appointment of four representative trustees to The United Charities Trust of Kirkbymoorside
To consider the request by Kirkbymoorside History Group for the opportunity to present information about a proposed town centre project
