   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 20th January 2020
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 6
6. To consider and undertake the annual review of the Town Clerks salary
7. To agree to make recommendations to the Town Council
8. To note the date of the next meeting will be determined by the 2020/21 Schedule of Meetings
