   1. To receive and approve theminutes of the meeting of the Town Council held on 19 January 2015
   2. To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 19 Janurary 2015
   3. To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Staffing Committee held on 5 February 2015
   4. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with District and County Councillors
   1. County and District Councillors to respond to questions already posed
   2. Town Councillors to raise urgent matters recently arisen
   3. County and District Councillors to advise the Town Council on any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary for February 2015
7. To consider and agree a Grant Application from Friends of Kirkbymoorside CP School for £1000 to contribute to the cost of the Kirkbymoorside 10k Race
8. The Ryedale Plan - To discuss the sites selected and put forward to Ryedale for potential development in Kirkbymoorside and agree a response to RDC

9. To consider and agree appropriate action with regards to Neighbourhood Planning taking into account previous information presented to the Council and following on from the Sites Selection meeting on 26 January 2015

10. To consider and agree appropriate action on the basis of the findings of the Community Led Plan
11. The Moorside Room
    1. To note that quarterly inspections are required for maintenance of the fire alarm, intruder alarm and emergency lighting
    2. To consider and agree to accept the quotation provided by WB Electrical to carry out quarterly inspections of the fire alarm, intruder alarm and emergency lighting at a cost of £150 + VAT and an annual drain down and full tests of all three systems at a cost of £250 + VAT
    3. To consider and agree to a request by Kirkbymoorside Digital to install AV equipment in the Moorside Room, the cost to be paid for by KMS Digital
    4. To consider and agree whether to make an extra charge of £1 per hour in top of the room rate for broadband access
    5. Suggestions for the way forward
12. To receive a report from the Staffing Committee and note that the Town Clerks annual appraisal was carried out on 5 February 2015
13. To consider and agree a response to the Minerals and Waste Joint Plan Supplementary Sites Consultation
14. To note receipt of correspondence from NYCC Integrated Passenger Transport with regards to public transport contracts dated 23 January 2015
15. To acknowledge receipt of correspondence from In Bloom and consider continued sponsorship of a flower tub at a cost of £40
16. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
17. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
18. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
19. Receive the Town Clerk's Report
