2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 16 May 2016
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 May 2016
7. To receive applications for the vacancies on the Town Council and to elect, by co-option, candidate(s) from the same
8. Casual Vacancy
   1. To note that a by-election will not be held in respect of the casual vacancy as no electors requested an election and the vacancy will now be advertised for co-option
   2. To resolve to give public notice of the vacancy to be filled by co-option: Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972
   3. To resolve to determine where the notice of the vacancy should be placed: Section 232 of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended
9. Streetlighting
   1. To note that the pole mounted lantern unit no 5, pole box and bracket on Keldholme West outside Langsett/Meadow Court needs to be replaced
   2. To agree the replacement with a 20W Orange Tek Arialed LED lantern, pole box and bracket at a cost of £710 + VAT inclusive of charges to Northern Powergrid
   3. To note that in accordance with minute 15204 dated 21 March 2015 the contract for street lighting upgrades has been withdrawn from advanced leds ltd
   4. To consider and agree to appoint NYCC as contractors for the street lighting upgrades using the Orangetek Arialed lantern
   5. To consider and agree Phase 1 of the street lighting upgrades to replace all concrete lighting columns in compliance with NYCC standards and installation of LED lanterns, (previously considered and approved at meetings dated 17th November 2014 and 20 July 2015) at a cost of £19,129.31 + VAT
10. Church House - To receive further information regarding the proposed Community library
11. To receive an update on progress with regards to flood management in Kirkbymoorside
12. To receive an update on progress of the implementation of short term parking enforcement on Market Place
13. To note that the Town Mayor has been invited to join the 100th birthday celebrations of a Kirkbymoorside resident and pursuant to minute 15024 dated May 2015 a birthday card will be sent on behalf of the Town Council
14. To note that incidents of dog fouling in the play areas has increased and to consider and agree to the installation of additional signage to read 'Please pick up after your dog' and 'All dogs o be kept on leads'

16. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
17. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
