   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 17th October 2016
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 October 2016
7. Standing Orders
   1. To consider and agree revisions made to the Standing Order 31 and Financial Standing Order 11 in respect of changes to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006
   2. To consider and agree to adopt the revised Standing Orders and Financial Standing Orders
8. To note correspondence from RDC in respect of the 2016/17 Footpaths Winter Maintenance Schedule
9. To note correspondence from RDC in respect of the Consultation on Local List Validation of Planning Applications and other Consents and agree an appropriate response

10. To note that the final draft of the Minerals and Waste Joint Plan will be published for a six week period, before it is submitted for examination in public by an independent planning inspector, and consider an appropriate response
