- Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business

- To consider financial matters:
- To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
- To receive the Financial Summary to 30 November 2018
- West End
- To note that pursuant to minute 18150 dated 19th November the informal consultation on traffic management proposals on West End closed on 7th December and all submissions have been sent to NYCC Highways Authority for determination
- To receive additional information relevant to the traffic management proposals on West End
- To note that the County Council has no funding allocated to assess or implement Resident Parking schemes
- To receive a report on the responses from the informal consultation on traffic management proposals on West End
- New Equipment at Old Road Play Area
- To receive information on inclusive play equipment pursuant to Minute 18156d)
- To consider and agree the preferred option for funding and choice of play equipment:
- Option 1: apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,847.75 being the cost of supply and installation of the Hurac XS Cyclone Unit
- Option 2: apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,952.80 being the cost of supply and installation of the Oyster roundabout and 2.1m Free standing slide
- Option 3: allocate £4,596.95 from the Town Council reserves to cover the cost of supply and installation of the Oyster roundabout and apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,847.75 being the cost of supply and installation of the Hurac XS Cyclone Unit
- Welcome to Kirkbymoorside Sign
- To consider and agree the request made by the Businesses of Kirkbymoorside for the addition of an information panel promoting the local businesses
- To consider and agree to replace the existing 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' sign on approach from Helmsley with the same design as the sign on approach from Pickering at a cost of £300
- To consider and agree to donate the existing 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' sign on approach from Helmsley to the History Group
- To receive information from NYCC Highways Authority and RDC as the Planning Authority on the criteria for signage, pursuant to Minute 18155 dated 19th November
- To congratulate the winners of the 2018 Best Dressed Christmas Window as decided by Angela and Malcolm Richardson as follows:
- 1st Place ‘Love my Hair’, West End
- 2nd Place ‘Jems Hair Design’, Market Place
- 3rd Place ‘Holme Lea Country Interiors’, Crown Square
- To note that the S106 grant application in respect of resurfacing the car park at the sportsfield has been deferred
- To receive information on the Ryedale Market Towns Promotion Project
