Members of the Council are required to attend in person. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend. There is limited availability for physical attendance, due to the necessity for social distancing. All participants are required to register their intention to attend by contacting the Town Clerk in advance, by 5pm on the date of the meeting. All attendees are asked to respect the continued need for social distancing and adhere to the Covid-19 safeguarding protocol, including hand sanitising and track and trace/registration upon arrival.

Play Areas
To note installation of signage, directing dog walkers that dogs must be on the lead and keep to the public rights of way, at Old Road and Ryedale View play areas, pursuant to minute 21038
To receive the annual Operation Inspection report
To note remedial repairs identified as low risk have been instructed by the clerk in accordance with the Maintenance of Manor Vale Woodland & Grounds Maintenance (Cemetery & Play Area) contract specifications
To receive the quotation for remedial repairs identified as medium risk
To note that works to address compliance issues identified at the basket ball court have been referred to the manufacturer for rectification at no cost
Basketball Court
To note damage to the curved gallery fence at the basketball court reported on 23 September and receive the damage report
To note remedial repairs instructed by the clerk in accordance with Financial Standing Orders at a cost of £131.94
Insurance
To note the Commercial Combined Insurance Policy and Cyber Insurance Policy are due for renewal on 1 November 2021
To consider the annual premium of of £2,257.26 (including IPT and fees) for Commercial Combined Insurance from Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Plc for the period of cover from 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2022
