   1. Review and decide improvements to be recommended to Council to ensure objective of control and support, mitigation of risk and transparency of procedure
   2. To include update on current position and scheduling of audits, relationship with Moore Stephens and any other operational financial procedures and/or considerations
6. Pension provision
   1. NYPF report
   2. Recommendations for the future - given the importance and steadily increasing urgency to provide for current staff
7. Regular payments list which may require re-minuting, improvement on procedures, for recommendation for forthcoming TC meeting
8. Sportsfield Association
   1. Preliminary discussions of the strategic and operational financial implications, recommendations to Council
