   1. To note that the completion and delivery of the new information panels is expected in w/c 17 February
6. Volunteer Activities
   1. To note that interest in assisting with the management of Manor Vale has been expressed by Keith Dowell of Kirkbymoorside Transition Towns Group and a volunteer day has been arranged by Don Davies for 12th March 2014
7. To note that surface repairs have been carried out to the lower section of the pathway leading from the golf course end of Manor Vale Lane to the top bridle path
8. To review progress in maintenance activities guided by the review
9. Questions to the Chairman
10. To decide the date of the next meeting.
