4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To review progress in maintenance activities guided by the management plan
6. To consider and agree works to cut back branches of the trees overhanging the Western boundary
7. To consider and agree instruction of the 3 yearly tree survey in compliance with insurance requirements

9. To note the date of the next meeting will be detailed in the 2020/21 Schedule of Meetings.
